Delivered! Time Loot Crate October 2015

Screen-Shot-2015-09-25-at-3.41.08-PM-600x609

October 2015’s Loot Crate’s theme is Time. I was so excited to see this theme. Loot Crate claimed that this is 100% exclusive. What excited me was the teaser image that showed the Delorean from Back to the Future flying in front of the courthouse, Bill & Ted wearing Loot Crate shirts, and The Doctor standing in front of the TARDIS. How coincidental that I received this Time Loot Crate on Back to the Future Day.

Let’s check out what’s inside.

What’s Inside?

Exclusive Doc Brown Vinyl POP Figure by Funko– This is a great looking POP figure. I just wrote yesterday that I didn’t yet own a Back to the Future POP Figure and then this arrived today. This figure even has the scar from when he fell off the toilet and came up with the idea for the Flux Capacitor. The description in the zine states that this is the Doc from the clocktower scene. This is actually Doc from when he and Marty are playing with the not-to-scale model. The wires are connected to the batter behind him on this figure.

Exclusive Back to the Future Part II Overboard Replica by Quantum Mechanix- This is a great looking 1:5 scale board with a mirror base to give the bottom some depth and to make it look like it is floating. I already own a 4” and a full size version. This is a welcome addition to my collection.

Exclusive Doctor Who Sonic Spork Utensil by 50/Fifty – This is the geekiest kitchen utensil I have ever owned. I never would have thought I would use anything like this. I’ll definitely use this quite a bit.

Exclusive Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure T-Shirt by Loot Crate Labs – This awesome shirt shows Bill and Ted with their signature poses and iconic slogan of “Be excellent to each other.”

image

Zine & Pin – The zine features quite a bit of content including a foldout with the Back to the Future Outatime license plate on one side and a Doctor Who chart on the other. The pin features  a flux capacitor, which is a great representation of Time.

Final Thoughts

This Time Loot Crate is my ABSOLUTE favorite Loot Crate delivery so far. There were fewer items than usually, but much higher quality than usual. It contained all of my favorite franchises and was all 100% exclusive and unique items. You can’t find these anywhere else. I love it and cat wait to see what the next delivery holds.
